MATH 2530 - Calculus III Presents material in the third component of the three semester sequence. Topics covered includes geometry in the plane and in space, parametric equations, vectors, conic sections, polar coordinates, vector functions, cylindrical and spherical coordinates, vector calculus, partial differentiation, multiple integration with applications. A computer algebra system (CAS) will be incorporated.
Credit Hours 4.0 Satisfies a Requirement Mathematics Prerequisite A minimum grade of “C” in Calculus II.
