MATH 1350 - Introduction to Statistics Introduces beginning topics in statistics, including random samples, organizing data, measures of central tendency and dispersion, probability theory, binomial and normal distributions, central limit theorem, estimation, hypotheses testing, regression and correlation. Applications of all preceding topics will be covered.
Credit Hours 3.0 Satisfies a Requirement Mathematics Area II Prerequisite College Algebra or Intermediate Algebra with a grade of “B” or better.
