CHEM 2110L - Allied Health Chemistry Laboratory Laboratory portion of Allied Health Chemistry. The course integrates general chemistry, organic chemistry and biochemistry with biological and health applications. Lecture topics are matter, atoms, ions, compounds, radioactivity, intermolecular forces, solutions, acids and basis, hydrocarbons, carbohydrates, proteins, enzymes, nucleic acids. The selected topics focus on chemical understanding and explanations of life-important processes that occur in living organisms.
