TFL 011 - TOEFL Prep
This course helps prepare cadets to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) It is designed to build confidence and expertise by developing test taking strategies and practice. Identifying and improving in areas of weakness in synonyms, antonyms, analogies, vocabulary, syntax and grammar. The American College Test (ACT) is a requirement for the high school diploma, however, a cadet who is not a citizen of the United States and whose primary language is not English may elect to substitute the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) for the ACT with the approval of the Vice Dean.
